In Vitro Ligand Discovery - We offer joint services with ZoBio in Leiden and Pyxis Discovery in Delft, The Netherlands. Zobio has developed and patented an advanced method of screening fragment libraries called TINS, for Target Immobilized NMR screening. With TINS thousands of low affinity compounds can be screened on a single protein sample. Pyxis Discovery has developed a highly optimized fragment library for TINS screening. The library consists of low molecular weight, lead-like compounds that fit the so-called "Rule of 3". Each compound in the fragment library has functional "handles" that can be used for further medicinal chemistry efforts. This library is fast approaching 2,000 compounds. With ZoBio and Pyxis, we offer fee-for-service target screening using this fragment library. Output from the screen includes a list of all hits with chemical structures and approximate binding constants, as well as (optionally) delivery of the actual compound. Competition binding studies with known ligands can also be incorporated to determine binding site location, and crystal sctructures of promising hits can be obtained.

High throughput in silico docking - We offer joint services with InhibOx, a company based in Oxford, UK, focused on development of entirely novel computational discovery methods and associated with this the development of a very large database of chemical structures.
